Ensure your items are in a resaleable condition, in original packaging, and not part of our non-returnable categories such as bespoke cut timber or opened bags of cement.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team or visit your local branch with your order number and proof of purchase to initiate the return authorization process.
Arrange Transport
Small items can be returned in-store or via courier, while heavy building materials may require a scheduled collection which may be subject to a restocking and haulage fee.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
