We offer local delivery using our fleet of crane-arm (HIAB) vehicles for heavy materials. Most orders are processed and delivered within 2-5 working days, depending on stock availability and your location.
Can I collect my order from a branch?
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Simply select the collection option at checkout and choose your nearest Darlaston Builders Merchants branch. You will receive a notification when your items are ready.
What is your return policy for building materials?
Unused and resaleable items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that perishable goods like opened bags of cement or custom-mixed paints are non-returnable.
Do you offer trade accounts for professionals?
Absolutely. We offer both credit and cash trade accounts providing discounted pricing and streamlined invoicing. You can apply online or visit one of our trade counters to pick up an application form.
How do I calculate how much material I need for my project?
We provide general estimation guides for aggregates, bricks, and paving on our website. However, we always recommend consulting with a professional contractor to ensure accurate measurements before placing a large order.
